My name is Ahmed Al-Amry. I'm a student from the Sultanate of Oman. I study computer science in Oklahoma State University .
My home
Oman is a Mid-Eastren country that is located in the southwestren part of Asia. It has common boarders with United Arab Emirates, Saudia Arabia, and Yemen. The ruler of Oman is Sultan Qaboos. He was born in Salalah at 18th of November in 1940. He was educated by a group of teachers about Islam, Oman history, and other fields of knowledge.He joined Saint Hearest Militry college.After the graduation from that college, Sultan Qaboos returned back to Oman and learned more about Oman and about ruling methods. The 23rd of July in 1970 was a special day for Oman. At that day, Sultan Qaboos take the responsibility to bring a better life to Omani people. People in Oman celebrate the Sultan`s birthday as a national day. The capital city is Muscat. The other important cities in Oman are Salalah, Nizwa, Sur, and Sohar.
